- Come into contact with this state, by giving it expression: through drawing, image, dance, music…etc.
- Gently start reconnecting with your body, heart, soul
- Follow your resonances…be it connecting with a person you feel drawn to, taking a class that speaks to you, reading a book that feels relevant to your path.
