If You Feel Lost (Video)

I created this video for those of you who feel lost and are looking for guidance. Watch the video and try out the steps I outlined below.

  1. Release judgment, shaming and criticism of yourself
  2. Embrace your sense of being lost
  3. Come into contact with this state, by giving it expression: through drawing, image, dance, music…etc.
  4. Gently start reconnecting with your body, heart, soul
  5. Follow your resonances…be it connecting with a person you feel drawn to, taking a class that speaks to you, reading a book that feels relevant to your path.
